Terms and Conditions
All orders are subject to our approval before the order is accepted and entered. Odette acknowledges all accepted orders in writing and the acknowledgement will be emailed to the customer. Accepted orders will be released for shipping upon receipt of payment.
Order modifications will be accepted before the product(s) is released for shipping.
Once a deposit is placed on a custom order, modifications will not be accepted.
Shipping prices are subject to change daily. We offer Local Pickup, Business to Business Commercial LTL Freight (loading dock required), lift gate service upon request, and White Glove Delivery. Any charges incurred due to misinformation on dealers behalf will be the responsibility of the dealer (example. Sending LTL Freight to a residential address).
Local Pickup is available. Customers are responsible for all transportation means, straps, and packing materials required for safe transportation of Odette products.
Returns and Damage Claims
Returns and Damage claims are handled on a case by case basis. All sales are final. Regular returns are not accepted. Any shipment that arrives damaged should be refused and sent back to Odette. Concealed damages should be reported to Odette within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. All prices are FOB Odette Furniture Warehouse. No shipments will be made if the account has a past due balance. All sizes, weights, and dimensions of furniture are provided as a guide and are subject to variations.
All dealers agree to adhere to strict MAP (minimum advertising pricing) for all online and print media. Dealers are not allowed to advertise Odette products online or in print for less than MAP. MAP can be calculated by multiplying the III price (wholesale price) by 2.1 times. Please reach out to email@example.com if there is any confusion about MAP pricing.
Cushion and furniture Care
The following terms apply under common, residential use.
Frames and Suspension
- Odette Furniture Collection guarantees a limited lifetime warranty on all frames and suspension against manufacturer defects.
Odette warrants our cushions for 5 years under common residential wear and tear. We recommend customers regularly flip, fluff, and shake all cushions to prevent uneven cushion wear.
Please refer to individual fabric swatches for industry standard cleaning codes. Odette warrants our fabrics for 1 year under common residential wear and tear. We recommend slipcovers to be dry cleaned only to avoid shrinkage.
Marble, Stone, and Granite are products of nature and no two pieces are alike. There will be unique variations in color, and each piece has its own distinctive beauty. Clean stone surfaces with a soft cloth, using a mild liquid dishwashing detergent and lukewarm water. Avoid using a cleaning product containing vinegar, lemon, or other acids. Do not use scouring powders or creams, as they contain abrasives that may scratch the surface.
Our finishes are protected by several coatings of lacquer, which will last indefinitely under controlled conditions. Lacquer coatings are not invulnerable to direct sunlight and heat, scratches, dents, or spills of alcoholic beverages. Avoid using silicone waxes, oil-based polishes, or lemon oils. Keep your furniture shielded from daily exposure to direct sunlight, as the sun may cause deterioration of the original finish. Clean your furniture with routine dusting using a damp cloth and then dry the surface immediately using a dry, soft cloth. Always wipe in the direction of the wood grain.
Leather is a natural product produced as a byproduct of animal hides (mostly cows, steers, and water buffalo). Due to the life-style of the animals, leather will always have natural markings such as brands, insect bites, scars, wrinkles, stretch marks, abrasions, and burns. These markings are not considered defects but rather indication of true genuine leather.
