How much is shipping?
Costs of shipping vary based on location, order size and services required. Generally speaking, freight to a commercial address with a loading dock runs anywhere from 15-18%. White glove delivery is available and is quoted on a case-by-case basis. Antiques are only shipped via insured courier. Please reach out to hello@odettefurniture.com for a shipping quote for your order.
What is your lead time?
Lead times vary based on product availability. If a piece is in stock, we typically ship within 72 hours. If something is not in stock, the lead time can vary between 8-16 weeks depending on fabric and component availability. Please reach out to hello@odettefurniture.com for specific product lead times.
What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
While we try our best to deliver only first quality products, things do happen. We ask that any shipment that shows up damaged is refused and sent back to us. If concealed damage is present we ask that any claim is filed within 48 hours of receipt. Claims can be submitted to hello@odettefurniture.com.

Can I get a price quote?
Please reach out to hello@odettefurniture.com with any questions on pricing. Price quotes given are valid for 30 days. After 30 days, please reach out for a new quote.
Do you offer COM?
While not our entire line is available for COM application, we do offer select frame options for COM. Please refer to our COM page for more details.
How do I get fabric samples?
Please send a request for samples to hello@odettefurniture.com and include any specific fabrics/finishes needed and a ship to address.
Are all of your fabrics performance fabrics?
While not all of the fabrics in our line are performance treated, we do offer several performance options that will be clearly labeled as performance. Outside of that, we strive to select only fabrics that we would consider to be “user friendly”, meaning we expect them to be easy to clean and maintain under normal residential use.
Where is your product made?
Our line features products and materials sourced from different areas all over the globe including parts of Europe, Asia and North America.
Can I get a replacement slipcover?
Yes- while we do not stock extra slipcovers, we can special order you a replacement/additional slipcover. Please send a request to hello@odettefurniture.com with the frame that you are needing a new cover for and the fabric you would like it in. We will respond within 48-72 hours with a quote.
What is your warranty?
In short, our warranty is as follows:
- Limited lifetime warranty on all frames and springs protecting against manufacturers defect
- 5 year warranty on cushions
- Industry standard 1 year warranty on fabrics
Where do you show your products?
Our showroom address is 100 N Centennial St, High Point NC. We are open every April and October market and can arrange for appointments outside of normal market hours.
